These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NC999 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets or wagers.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "you") and NC999 (hereinafter "NC999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at nc999.cam and its associated subdomains and applications.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on NC999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
NC999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
Players must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. NC999 relies on the accuracy of registration data for identity verification, payment processing and compliance purposes.
Only one Account is permitted per Player. If NC999 identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method, all duplicate accounts may be suspended and any balances or winnings held pending investigation. NC999's determination in such cases is final.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. NC999 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features available on the Platform.
NC999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify NC999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
NC999 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform cashier at the time of deposit. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. References to payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are for contextual reference only. NC999 does not represent that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling services.
All deposits must be made using payment instruments that belong to and are registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. NC999 may request proof of payment method ownership as part of the KYC process.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from your Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds and winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable until all conditions have been met.
NC999 requires completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not submitted and passed identity verification may not withdraw funds, regardless of balance amount. NC999 processes withdrawal requests in the order received, subject to the following conditions:

NC999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and to withhold any balances pending investigation. Where illegal activity is identified or suspected, NC999 may report the matter to relevant authorities.
All content on the NC999 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audiovisual content, data and user interface design — is the intellectual property of NC999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without NC999's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and will be pursued accordingly.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NC999, its directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
NC999 does not warrant that:
NC999's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability. If you are accessing the Platform from such a jurisdiction, some of the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent required by local law.
NC999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to:
Where an Account is closed at NC999's discretion for a confirmed breach, any remaining Real Money Balance will be handled in accordance with the findings of the internal investigation. Where a breach is not confirmed, the Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds and any winnings under investigation) will be returned to the Player via a supported payment method following completion of any applicable review period.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting NC999 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed promptly, and any remaining eligible Real Money Balance will be paid out following standard withdrawal procedures.
